MK Associates: our performance programme
Where dance dreams take flight. Ages 8+.
MK Associates gives dancers a wealth of opportunities beyond regular classes. The programme supports dancers to take part in dance festivals and to attend conferences where they can showcase their talent and learn from industry professionals.
MK Associates also hosts specialised workshops led by choreographers, giving intensive training and unique learning experiences. For those with aspirations in musical theatre, we aim to create a pathway to West End opportunities, so dancers can audition for productions and perform on some of the world's most iconic stages.
Recent performances
In June 2025 our MK Associates performed at the Theatre Royal Brighton, and in spring 2026 they performed in Margate, representing MK Dance with professionalism, commitment and talent. Opportunities like these give our dancers real performance experience and help them build confidence on a live stage.

What our dancers and families say
“My daughter has been at MK dance for a few months now and she loves it. The teacher, Kathryn is absolutely fantastic - she makes the class fun but also teaches them the basics of ballet and tap so well. My daughter is 4 and in the youngest class and I can see her getting better week on week. Couldn't recommend it enough!”
ParentParent of a 4 year old, via Facebook post “This dance studio is amazing with great adult classes in tap and ballet. These classes are great fun and extreamly supportive. All abilities welcome. KyAdult pupil, via Facebook recommendation “Attending MK dance is a great way to build confidence and meet new people. New to dance as an adult can be daunting, but dancing through MK takes this away, they welcome dancers of all ages, experienced and non experienced. I have learnt the art of ballet and tap and love ever minute of it! The teachers are amazing, very welcoming and friendly and draw out the talent in every dancer in the class.”
