Safeguarding
The safety and wellbeing of every dancer, child or adult, comes first at MK Dance.
Last updated: 4 October 2026
Our commitment
- All of our teachers are DBS checked, highly qualified and professional.
- Children stay in the dance area until they are collected, unless a parent or guardian has given permission for them to leave unsupervised.
- We ask parents to tell us about changes to collection arrangements and about any medical or additional needs.
- Teachers may use appropriate physical contact to correct posture or assist with movement, as explained in our terms and conditions.
- Photos and video are only taken by parents during watch week with permission, and parents can opt their child out of our own photography at any time.
- We are committed to inclusion, and our teaching is informed by experience of working with children with special educational needs and disabilities.
